It's a public holiday, we've decided to train with one of our satellite group located in Cinere, southern Jakarta. Puri Cinere was our meeting point to do some warm-ups and dynamic conditioning. Then we moved to Villa Cinere Mas to explore a public park. We really had a great time! Lots of sharing and delicious lunch at some food trucks in front of Cinere Mall. We'll post some photos from our recent training session in this post. How about videos? They will be uploaded soon!
